Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase from AMU Design Shop is our top priority. We are available to assist you if you are not completely satisfied with your order. To guarantee a seamless return procedure, please carefully read our policy.

Returns

  • Return Window: Most items can be returned within seven days [7 days] of the delivery date. Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging in order to be returned.
  • Items Not Returnable: There are some items that cannot be returned. These consist of: Tailored or customised orders.
    • Items with the labels “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
    • Assembled goods, unless they were delivered broken or flawed.
  • Initiating a Return: Please provide the following details to our customer support team at [info@amusinginterior.com] in order to start a return:
    • Your order number
    • The item or items you wants to return 
    • Reasons for return 
    • Clear I turned or a brief video if the item is broken or flawed 

After reviewing your request, our team will email you the instructions on what to do next, along with the shipping address for returns. Please wait for our team to confirm and provide instructions before returning your item.

Refunds

We will notify you via email as soon as we receive and examine your returned item and when the refund is processed. 

  • Accepted Refunds: Within 15 days, if your return is accepted, your money will be refunded to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment processing time, there may be differences in the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds in Part: Only partial refunds may be given in circumstances, including but not limited to: 
    • Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition for reasons other than our fault. 
    • Any item returned more than seven days [7 days] following delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

We package and ship your furniture with extreme care. However, please get in touch with us right away if an item is delivered broken or flawed.

  • Reporting Damage: You have 24 to 48 hours after receiving the product to report any damage. Kindly send detailed pictures of the original packaging and the damage.
  • Resolution: Depending on the extent of the damage and product availability, we will either replace the damaged parts, offer a new replacement, or give a complete refund after reviewing the case.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer’s Choice: If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
