Shipping & Delivery

Currently we are offering shipping services in Delhi NCR only. Our warehouse in Noida processes and ships all orders and guarantees the safe and effective delivery of your furniture. We collaborate with reputable courier services to handle deliveries on time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 20- 25 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a second email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website to track your shipment.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the size of the product.

  • Small to Medium Items (e.g., chairs, side tables, decor): [15-20 business days].
  • Large Items (e.g., sofas, beds, cabinets) : [20-25 business days].

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or other logistical issues may cause delays. We will do our best to inform you of any significant delays.

Receiving Your Delivery

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

The product will be returned to our warehouse if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer is not available to accept the package after several attempts. To resend the order, we might impose a reshipment fee.
